The course is designed for all those science education professionals who wish to update their knowledge and further their interest in science and education, including:

- Science Advisors

- Science specialists in educational settings
For Science education professionals it is a chance to get your hands back on science and gain accreditation towards a Masters' degree.
Units include:
- Teaching, Learning and Assessment in Science
- Theory and Practice of Mentoring
- Teaching and Learning with ICT
- Ethical Issues in Science Education
Updates in Contemporary Science
CHeMneT will be contributing to two modules in MSc Science & Education , Science Update and Research in Science.
Science updates in areas such as climate change and air pollution, astrophysics, particle physics, gene technology, drug synthesis and nanotechnology are particularly popular.

Units can be selected across the MEd and MSc programmes, including leadership, and special educational needs.
