Periodic Table

• The Bristol ChemLabS Periodic Table (PDF, 191kb) closely follows the recommendations of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). In order to avoid inconsistency, it should replace all other versions of the Periodic Table used by staff or students in the School of Chemistry. Amongst other benefits, its use will avoid the confusion that inevitably arises through use of any of the out-of-date group numbers used in non-standard versions of the Table. The Bristol ChemLabS Periodic Table has already been adopted as the standard table provided to students in all School of Chemistry examinations.
